Job summary

GSK in the United States is seeking a hands-on Quantitative Clinical Pharmacologist to lead clinical pharmacology modelling and simulation for infectious disease programs. This senior role combines hands-on analysis with strategic leadership across assets, including an important oral antibiotic lifecycle program, and requires experience in PK/PD, population modelling and regulatory interactions.

The role is hybrid with on-site collaboration and some remote work.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in a life science (PhD/MD/PharmD).
Substantial experience in human clinical pharmacology and modelling & simulation.
Proven ability to design and analyze clinical studies.
Experience contributing to regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

Lead activities to progress clinical pharmacology, modelling and simulation across assets.
Apply PK/PD and exposure–response modeling to inform development decisions.
Justify dosing regimens and characterize exposure-response relationships.
Present model-based evidence to governance and regulatory bodies.
Collaborate with clinicians, statisticians and regulatory colleagues.
