Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Consulting professional to support Commercial Healthcare payer/provider performance improvement initiatives. The role requires data analytics using Excel, Tableau, and PowerBI, plus coordinating teams and delivering actionable recommendations within hospital and health system environments.

You will engage with hospital executives, manage projects, and develop training materials while traveling up to 75% to client sites across the United States.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in consulting and/or healthcare industry
• Understanding of hospital and health system operations
• Curiosity and enthusiasm to assess and implement performance improvement opportunities
• Ability to conduct complex analytics on large data sets and derive recommendations
• Experience in delivering Statements of Work and Project Plans
• Comfortable interfacing with hospital executives to report savings

Responsibilities

• Work on the Guidehouse Commercial Healthcare team driving financial, clinical and operational improvement
• Analyze data and business processes to identify efficiency gains
• Coordinate teamwork products and lead teams on client engagements
• Develop subject matter expertise and provide credible recommendations to clients
• Prepare proposals, project plans, and presentations for client department leaders
