Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Consulting professional for the Commercial Healthcare Payer/Provider team to drive performance improvement using data analytics. The role requires experience in healthcare, hospital operations, and proficiency with Excel, Tableau, and Power BI to analyze large data sets and inform client strategies.

The candidate will lead teams, coordinate deliverables, and develop proposals, SOWs, and client presentations while reporting savings to executives and expanding the practice

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in consulting and/or healthcare industry.
• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to analyze large data sets and draw actionable insights
• Strong communication of financial results and process measures

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven performance improvement initiatives for hospitals, health plans, or physician groups
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage projects, deliverables, and client interactions
• Develop proposals and Statements of Work, and present findings to client leaders
• Identify savings opportunities and report realized benefits to executives
