Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years experience in consulting and/or healthcare.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm working with client and Guidehouse teams.
- Understanding of hospital and health system operations.
- Interest in benchmarking data to redesign operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead data and process analyses to drive performance improvements.
- Coordinate teamwork products and lead teams on projects.
- Develop statements of work and project plans; present to client leaders when needed.
- Communicate financial results and process measures clearly to stakeholders.
