Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience with healthcare provider and/or payer clients in care delivery operations, utilization management, or clinical performance improvement.
• Minimum of 4 years of management consulting/advisory experience within the Healthcare Industry.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead care delivery models, workflows, and utilization management solutions across client engagements.
• Own delivery of measurable improvements in patient flow, capacity, LOS, and avoidable utilization, directing teams of consultants and SMEs.
• Build and sustain executive-level relationships with clinical leaders to operationalize evidence-based pathways and workforce models.
