Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience with healthcare provider and/or payer clients in one or more areas listed above.
• Experience in care delivery operations, utilization management and clinical performance improvements.
• Minimum of 4 years of management consulting/advisory experience within the Healthcare Industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of care delivery models, workflows, and utilization management solutions across multiple client engagements.
• Own delivery of measurable improvements in patient flow, capacity, LOS, and avoidable utilization, directing teams of consultants and subject matter experts.
• Build and sustain executive-level relationships with clinical leaders to operationalize evidence-based pathways and workforce models.
