Qualifications

• 8+ years with healthcare providers or payers in care delivery operations, utilization management, or clinical performance improvement.
• 4+ years of management consulting/advisory experience in healthcare.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of care delivery models and utilization management solutions across client engagements.
• Own delivery of improvements in patient flow, capacity, LOS, and avoidable utilization through teams.
• Build executive relationships with clinical leaders to implement evidence-based pathways and workforce models.
