Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead care delivery transformations that improve throughput, utilization, and frontline performance for providers and payers. You will design care delivery models, optimize workflows, and partner with clinical leaders to operationalize evidence-based pathways.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management consulting experience with healthcare provider and/or payer clients.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in care delivery operations, utilization management, or clinical performance improvement.
• Bachelor's Degree.

• Drive measurable improvements in patient flow, capacity, LOS, and avoidable utilization
• Partner with clinical leaders to operationalize evidence‑based pathways and workforce models
