Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in nursing or scientific field; Associate’s degree/R.N. acceptable with experience.
• 12+ years pharma/clinical research experience; 10+ years leading global teams and strategies in studies.
• Experience in risk management, decision-making and strategic execution to support pipeline decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develops clinical operational strategy aligned with asset strategy and oversees execution of studies/programs.
• Assesses risks and mitigations; identifies strategic options for asset strategies under competing priorities.
• Influences cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives within Development Operations and related medical affairs.
• Contributes to portfolio planning with costs, resources, and timelines for development programs.
• Reviews clinical and regulatory documents (INDs, IB, NDAs, BLAs, MAA) for content and compliance.
• Manages external budget for portfolios (potentially $20–$200M) and leads large-scale process improvements.
