Job summary

Premier Research is seeking a Manager, Clinical Operations to lead our Clinical Monitoring, Site Management and SSU teams. You will oversee resources, ensure client expectations and contractual obligations are met, and mentor staff across Phase I–IV trials.

This role requires a minimum of 6 years in clinical research, at least 3 years in supervisory/management roles, and the ability to travel up to 25% as needed. Join us to help deliver life-changing medicines and devices.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Psychology or Nursing.
• Minimum 6 years clinical research experience.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory/management experience in clinical operations.
• Proven people manager capable of guiding staff through change in a matrix environment.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as required.

Responsibilities

• Manages clinical operations staff and projections to meet client expectations and obligations.
• Interfaces with departments to design cross-functional process efficiencies in trials I–IV.
• Ensures audit preparedness including training records and SOP adherence.
• Develops departmental performance metrics and training standards for regions.
• Leads staffing initiatives to move projects forward using available resources.
• Mentors, coaches and trains employees across the team.
