Job summary

Indero (formerly Innovaderm) seeks a Senior Clinical Operations Manager to lead and develop Clinical Operations teams, ensuring delivery of compliant and efficient trial management services. The role emphasizes coaching, strategic oversight, and adoption of innovative technologies.

The ideal candidate has extensive CRO/biotech experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to process improvements in clinical research across a global or North American footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to clinical research.
• Minimum 10 years of clinical research experience in biotech/pharma/CRO.
• Experience leading Clinical Operations teams (CRAs, CTMs).
• Familiarity with GCP, FDA/EMA regulations; CRO experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee line management and performance of Clinical Operations personnel.
• Ensure high-quality, compliant trial management and monitoring deliverables.
• Drive process improvement, training, and SOP adoption across teams.
• Monitor KPIs, risk management, and budgeting in collaboration with PM/Finance.
• Lead change management and adoption of AI-enabled tools in operations.
• Escalation point for sponsors and stakeholders; ensure timely problem resolution.
