Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or healthcare preferred.
• Prior clinical trial experience including management/leadership capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines.
• Good leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Written and verbal communication skills including good command of English.
• Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
• Effective time management and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff in accordance with policies and regulations; plan, assign and direct work.
• Participate in hiring by reviewing candidates and interviewing; onboard/train new staff.
• Ensure staff have materials, access, and training; oversee training plans and SOP reviews.
• Allocate resources to clinical research projects by assigning staff to studies.
• Monitor staff quality through regular review of work product and performance.
• Identify quality risks and implement corrective actions; monitor workload and metrics.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and leadership to address project challenges and ensure exemplary service.
• Participate in quality or process improvement initiatives.
