Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Lead to join our clinical delivery team, driving end-to-end trial delivery in alignment with ICH-GCP and client requirements. You will partner with Project Leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure recruitment, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, clinical operations expertise, and effective communication across geographies; you will mentor peers and contribute to strategy and bid preparations as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires 5 years clinical research/monitoring experience.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH regulatory requirements.
• Experience with project finances and EAC.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage stakeholders across geographies.
• Experience leading clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinical delivery of assigned projects in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Meet recruitment targets and implement recruitment strategies.
• Develop and manage project risk mitigation plans.
• Oversee clinical quality and issue resolution across the lifecycle.
• Manage project finances, including EAC and changes vs baseline.
• Coordinate with clinical stakeholders and report to sponsors and teams.
