Qualifications

• Active clinical credential required: CMA/RMA, LPN, RN or PA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration or equivalent.
• 3+ years of operations or clinical operations leadership experience.
• Experience with Joint Commission, PCMH, or HRSA grant programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations, patient access, and service integration.
• Supervise CMAs and PSRs; manage onboarding and training.
• Develop and implement SOPs to improve throughput and quality.
• Monitor KPIs, financials, and patient satisfaction; drive performance.
