Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a related field.
Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
RN license in Oregon is required; CCM within eighteen months.

Responsibilities

Manage medical and dental utilization review processes for members.
Oversee contract deliverables and compliance related to utilization management and care coordination.
Administer Medicaid benefit packages and related requirements.
Identify members with complex needs and coordinate management options.
