Job summary

American Family Care in Connecticut is seeking an experienced Advanced Provider Director (NP/PA) to blend direct patient care with clinical leadership and operational strategy across our urgent care network. • Unrestricted NP or PA license with national board certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in urgent care or similar setting.
