Job summary

American Family Care seeks an Advanced Provider Director in Florida, an experienced NP/PA blending direct patient care with clinical leadership, mentorship, and operational strategy. Reporting to the VP of Provider Services, you will guide regional clinical initiatives and drive provider development across markets.

You will lead onboarding, coaching, and performance improvement while upholding AFC standards for documentation, care quality, and patient experience across sites.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Unrestricted NP or PA license with national board certification.
• Tenure: Minimum 2 years as NP/PA in urgent care or high-volume clinic.
• Performance: Demonstrated strong clinical performance and productivity metrics.
• Clinical Skills: Ability to treat patients across the lifespan.
• Certifications: Current BLS; DOT certification preferred/required by market.
• Leadership: Prior mentorship, onboarding support, or peer leadership.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: provide urgent care and manage non-emergent conditions across ages.
• Clinical Leadership: mentor and onboard new providers, promote clinical quality.
• Operational Partnership: collaborate on staffing, scheduling, and clinic workflows.
