Job summary

American Family Care is seeking an Advanced Provider Director to blend direct patient care with clinical leadership and operational strategy. You will report to the VP of Provider Services and work in a regional dyad partnership across clinical and operational leadership.

The role focuses on championing AFC’s mission, vision, and values while driving performance across clinical, medical, and operational verticals. Leadership and mentorship are central to success.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted NP or PA license with national board certification.
• Experience leading provider teams in urgent care or high-volume settings.
• Proven ability to mentor clinicians and onboard new staff.
• Strong clinical documentation and quality improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care for urgent conditions across age groups.
• Lead provider coaching, onboarding, and workflow integration.
• Collaborate with operations to optimize staffing and clinic flow.
• Maintain clinical quality standards and documentation accuracy.
