Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health care or other scientific discipline required.
• Minimum 10 years clinical research/monitoring experience.
• Deep knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Solid project management knowledge and terminology.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinical delivery in compliance with ICH-GCP, protocol, and SOPs.
• Meet recruitment targets and implement recruitment strategies.
• Develop and manage clinical risk mitigation plans.
• Deliver large, global trials as primary Clinical Lead.
• Manage project finances including EAC and changes against baseline.
• Mentor and coach new peers in clinical lead roles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and report progress.
• Contribute to clinical delivery strategy for proposals.
