The incumbent will assist the Technical Chief with assigned tasks and serve as a liaison within the pathology workflow. The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years in a related field and have one of several specified certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Related field – 6 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Trains new employees and students.
• Oversees data collection.
• Performs laboratory procedures and records test results.
• Manages specimens for analysis and communicates critical values to caregivers.
• Performs quality control testing and calibration; assists with QC Lot changes.
• Oversees section supply chain and provides CPT updates and EPIC charge review.
