Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
• 6 years of experience in a related field.
• Certification: MT-AMT, MT-ASCP, or MT-NCA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Trains new employees and students.
• Performs advanced computer functions.
• Oversees data collection.
• Liaison to Pathology.
• Performs laboratory procedures and records results.
• Manages specimens for analysis and communicates critical values.
• Performs quality control testing and IQCP review.
• Maintains/calibrates laboratory instruments and troubleshoots issues.
• Oversees section supply chain and CPT updates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
