Responsibilities

• Performs laboratory procedures and records results.
• Prepares specimens for analysis and communicates findings.
• Identifies normal vs abnormal results; communicates critical values to caregivers.
• Performs quality control testing and corrective actions.
• Maintains and calibrates instruments; troubleshoots issues.
• Manages workflow; inventories supplies and stock levels.
• Contributes to policy/instrument validation and research.
