Qualifications

• California CLS license.

• Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions.

Responsibilities

• Verify proper specimen is analyzed for the correct patient and test.
• Analyze clinical laboratory specimens following standard methods.
• Perform quality control procedures to ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain and troubleshoot assigned instruments and document maintenance.
• Release results per SOP and train staff as needed.
• Provide supervision of lab assistants and clerical personnel as required.
