Responsibilities

• Maintains confidentiality on all tests performed by the laboratory and complies with Kaiser Permanente Policies and Procedures.
• Performs and reports test results for clinical laboratory procedures, automated and manual, with minimal supervision.
• Monitors test data, quality control, quality assurance, and preventive maintenance of laboratory operations.
• Notifies Supervisory team of irregularities that could influence test results.
• Troubleshoots equipment and test methods and discusses clinical laboratory problems with the Supervisory team and lead technologist.
