Job summary

Norman Regional Laboratory is seeking motivated individuals for a Regular Full Time position in a fast-paced, community-focused setting. You will maintain instrumentation and QC, ensure timely testing, provide training, and address issues to support high-quality results.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with MT certification (ASCP or equivalent), and ASCP registration or eligibility. This is an on-site laboratory position with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with MT certification (ASCP or equivalent).
• Must meet Clinical Laboratory Act of 1988 requirements.
• Registered with ASCP or eligible for registry as MT or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintains instrumentation and work area.
• Maintains quality control and calibration functions.
• Provides training and assesses competencies.
• Consistently completes testing within established time frames.
• Recognizes and addresses issues within the department.
