Qualifications

• Four (4) years of laboratory experience as MLT/HT (internal CLS2) or two (2) years as MT/HTL (internal CLS3).
• Equivalents by education and experience acceptable.
• ASCP registration or eligible for registry as Medical Technologist.

Responsibilities

• Maintains instrumentation and work area.
• Maintains quality control and calibration functions.
• Provides training and assesses competencies.
• Completes testing within established time frames.
• Recognizes and addresses issues within the department.
