Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Clinical Lab Scientist to join our dynamic healthcare team in California. This role provides critical diagnostic support to the medical team and ensures accuracy and quality in lab operations.

The ideal candidate holds a California CLS license with 5+ years of clinical lab experience and can perform waived, moderately complex, and highly complex testing. On-site role with strong growth and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license required.
• Minimum 5+ years of clinical laboratory experience required.
• Ability to perform waived, moderately complex, and highly complex testing.
• Experience with quality control, instrument calibration and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and provide age-appropriate care.
• Perform waived, moderately complex, and highly complex testing accurately.
• Log daily quality control within guidelines and document actions.
• Calibrate, verify, maintain instrumentation and perform repairs.
• Communicate abnormal findings to physicians and staff.
• Supervise lab procedures in the absence of leadership.
• Maintain reliable on-site attendance.
