Northeast Dermatology Associates is seeking a Laboratory Manager to provide strategic oversight, operational management, and regulatory compliance for the clinical laboratory. This role ensures accurate, timely diagnostic and therapeutic services to support patient care and provider decision-making.

Qualifications

• Eight years of post-baccalaureate biomedical lab experience.
• At least four years of direct supervisory or management experience in a CLIA-compliant lab.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, MLS, or closely related field.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory operations and management systems.
• Ability to interpret complex clinical and operational data.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee laboratory diagnostic and therapeutic services.
• Ensure equipment performance and maintenance coordination.
• Manage inventory and supply chain operations.
• Monitor productivity and staffing for efficiency.
• Lead quality assurance and compliance programs.
