Qualifications

• 8+ years in biomedical laboratory work with at least 4 years in supervision in a CLIA‑compliant setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Laboratory Science, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance, quality control, and laboratory compliance.
• Proficient with LIS and laboratory management systems.
• Excellent leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee laboratory diagnostic and therapeutic services.
• Establish testing and reporting standards to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and workflow to optimize throughput.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with CLIA, accrediting bodies, and privacy requirements.
