Job summary

Christus Health is seeking a Clinical Informatics Systems Analyst I - Health Informatics to support and optimize clinical information systems across a large multi-regional system. You will work with clinical and technical teams to enhance workflows, provide ITIL-based incident/problem/change support, and ensure alignment with enterprise goals.

The role requires strong healthcare knowledge, system expertise, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of clinical/technical application experience; strongly preferred.
• Epic certification/accreditation/self-proficiency preferred (may be required within 90 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Clinical Informatics colleagues to drive strategic goals and enterprise-wide vision.
• Develop, test, implement, support, and maintain clinical applications and related business processes.
• Provide incident, change and problem management support following ITIL processes.
• Assist in reporting compliance issues and elevate with proper chain of command.
• Communicate changes and downtime procedures to clinical end users and leadership.
