Job summary

Jefferson Health in Philadelphia is seeking a Senior Clinical Improvement Program Specialist to advance clinical strategic improvement through project leadership and close partnership with the Clinical Improvement Designer.

You will apply project management best practices, manage documentation, and coordinate cross-functional teams across plan, execute, and sustain phases while tracking data, KPIs, and outcomes to reduce clinical variation.

Qualifications

• Education: B.S. in Business with related clinical field, Healthcare Administration, or Quality and Safety.
• Minimum of 7+ years in project management.
• PMP or CAPM certification (can currently be pursuing).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or above preferred.
• Experience managing large, complex projects in healthcare settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with leadership and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational clinical strategic improvement efforts from plan through sustain phases.
• Partner with Clinical Improvement Designer and project team; manage documentation, meetings, and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams; drive accountability and outcomes across pillars of equity, experience, quality, safety, and population health.
• Track data and KPIs; provide regular leadership reports to drive performance and reduce clinical variation.
• Support OnPoint Program initiatives across enterprise-wide improvement efforts.
