Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN degree.
• Four years of experience as an RN in a clinical setting required.
• AHA BLS.
• Registered Nurse - NJ.
• Registered Nurse - PA.
• Three years related supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes teamwork, professional and personal growth and quality patient care with peers.
• Assures adequate staffing through preparation and coordination of clinical staff schedules.
• Maintains competency in required testing and safety standards.
• Facilitates committees and integrates initiative with facility programs.
• Drives performance improvement and quality assurance across departments.
• Manages documentation and compliance with licensure testing and regulatory requirements.
• Participates in hiring processes and staff onboarding.
• Develops training programs and onboarding for new practices.
