Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• BSN required.
• Masters preferred.
• RN - currently licensed in Massachusetts.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP required.
• C1SPEC - specialty certification within two years.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing care team to ensure safe, patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Provide patient teaching and guide ancillary staff to maintain care standards.
• Maintain professional nursing standards and participate in quality improvement activities.
