Job summary

Tufts Medicine Care at Home seeks a dedicated educator to develop and deliver staff education and competency programs. You will design curricula, coordinate orientation, and enhance clinical capacities across licensed and non-licensed personnel and volunteers.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clinical staff, HR, and management to ensure high-quality training, documentation, and ongoing professional development in a busy care-at-home setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• RN license or applicable clinical license required.
• Minimum five years as RN/PT/OT with clinical education experience.
• Preferred two years in clinical education and EPIC familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and document staff orientation and annual competencies.
• Assess learner needs and tailor orientation content.
• Coordinate and document education programs for staff and agency-wide needs.
• Train staff in EMR products and computer usage.
• Create educational videos and online content.
• Collaborate with College Programs for student placements and orientation.
• Stay current with staff development technology and attend applicable trainings.
• Oversee quarterly and annual education activities for assigned groups.
• Support regulatory education requirements (CMS, DPH).
