You will lead projects across informatics, research, and clinical practice, while mentoring staff and aligning with organizational missions and CARES commitments.

Qualifikationen

• State licensure to practice nursing in NM or a compact state.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing; Master’s in nursing, nursing education, education, instructional design, business, leadership, informatics, administration or related field preferred.
• Specialty certification in nursing, informatics, education or equivalent preferred

• Educator: design, deliver, and evaluate educational activities based on needs assessments and learning objectives.
• Performance Evaluator: analyze performance gaps and implement remediation plans.
• Clinical Practitioner: exemplify high standards of practice and coach others in evidence‑based care.
