Job summary

GSK is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Development Project Manager (Oncology) to lead PM activities for Clinical Matrix Teams, ensuring timely delivery across complex, multi-month programs. You will own charters, scopes, governance, risk, and reporting while collaborating with functional leads and leadership.

You will drive KPI-based progress, maintain logs and dashboards, and promote GSK’s values while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and policy requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience in a matrix team environment, ideally within pharmaceutical/biotech R&D or clinical development.
• Experience building and maintaining core PM artifacts (charters, scope statements, WBS, RACI matrices, RAID logs).
• Experience using PM planning and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Planisware, Smartsheet, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau).
• Experience facilitating governance and project team meetings for steering committees.
