Job summary

GSK is seeking an Associate Director Clinical Development Project Manager to lead end-to-end management of Clinical Matrix Teams (CMTs). You will own the lifecycle of CDPs, from chartering to closeout, partnering with functional leads and the broader PPM organization to standardize planning, governance, tracking, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in a matrix team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead key activities to progress clinical development projects from charter to closeout.
• Develop and own PM plans, risk/RAID logs, and governance routines to ensure timely delivery.
• Produce recurring status reports and KPI-based dashboards for leadership.
• Facilitate monthly governance meetings and ensure adherence to PM systems and templates.
• Promote GSK values and foster collaboration with functional leads and stakeholders.
