Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc. is seeking a CIPM Associate Director, Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and drive CMC development from First in Human to Transfer to Supply.

This role is based in Rahway, NJ or Upper Gwynedd, PA and requires strong project leadership across the development continuum. You will provide strategic project management, mentor PMs, and help enhance portfolio tools and processes to promote integration of CMC and clinical strategies while supporting DCTs and GPAM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or applied discipline.
• Experience in drug/vaccine product registration and lifecycle management; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CMC development programs across development stages.
• Guide cross-functional teams with influence and minimal guidance.
• Mentor Specialist and Senior Specialist PMs to share best practices.
