Job summary

Fortrea is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Data Manager to lead data management activities across studies, from startup through database lock. You will mentor DM staff, act as SME in sponsor meetings, and ensure data quality and timelines while aligning with client expectations and Fortrea standards.

You will oversee study teams, coordinate with EDC, SAS Programming, Statistics, and PK, and drive process improvements and risk mitigations to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• University / college degree.
• Experience and/or education plus relevant work experience, equating to a bachelor’s degree accepted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements.
• English language skills required: Speaking/Writing/Reading.

Responsibilities

• Lead studies with multi-site, complex protocols and strong client management.
• Accountable for all DM deliverables per timeline and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with protocols, SOPs and GCP standards.
• Build timelines with Project Manager to meet milestones and communicate with cross-functional leads.
• Provide DM leadership, mentor staff, and coordinate internal meetings.
