Job summary

Our client, a leader in Pharmaceuticals & Biotech, seeks a Manager, Clinical Data Management Study Lead to coordinate clinical study teams and external partners on complex programs. This remote role focuses on ensuring data management rigor from study start through closeout and delivering high-quality, analysis-ready data in a highly regulated environment.

You will work with CROs and third-party sources to resolve data issues, strengthen oversight, and improve processes that support timely study

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of clinical data management experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industries.
• Strong expertise in data management processes and standards.
• Experience with electronic case report forms and clinical trial databases.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clinical study teams and external partners on complex studies.
• Provide expertise in data management to support clinical studies.
• Oversee data quality review and acceptance procedures before analyses.
• Manage data transfers and reconciliation with CROs and third-party sources.
• Prepare recommendations for improving data management processes.
• Document oversight of CRO data management activities throughout the study lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve data quality and process execution gaps.
