Fortrea is seeking a Data Management leader to oversee studies from start-up to database lock, guiding junior staff in setup, validation, and data entry. You will work directly with Sponsors to implement requirements while ensuring adherence to SOPs and GCP standards.

You will lead multi-site studies, manage timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation, and mentor DM teams to deliver high-quality data on time. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on leadership.

Qualificações

• 6 to 8 years DM experience with minimum 1 year direct sponsor management.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• University / college degree; life sciences, health sciences or IT preferred.
• Experience handling Scope of Work and budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead DM studies across multiple sites with client management and timelines.
• Ensure DM deliverables meet established timelines and quality.
• Coordinate with EDC Design, SAS, Statistics, and PK teams for delivery.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and coaching to the DM team.
