Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in oncology, cell and gene therapy, and/or bone marrow transplant nursing or nurse coordination services.
• RN license in NY preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate entry and integration of prospective patients into and through the process ensuring timely evaluations and collaboration among the different disciplines involved.
• Develop bespoke pathways tailored to each product covered by the advanced therapy program across service lines and therapeutic programs.
• Develop timeline for therapy based on patient status, product availability, and program schedule.
• Coordinate with insurer, pharmacy vendors and/or pharmacy to ensure mobilization medications are available within desired timeframe.
• Coordinate all aspects of patient's care, from enrollment to transition of care, and through 15-year follow up.
