Job summary

The role involves up to 75% regional travel, building relationships, and guiding practice pathways in collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely access to cutting-edge therapies.

Qualifications

• The role requires clinical or field-based oncology/specialty experience, including exposure to advanced therapies.
• Experience engaging with oncology practices, infusion centers, or health systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to credibly engage physicians, nurses, and leadership.
• Proven ability to work independently in a territory-focused field role with ongoing outreach.
• Experience educating care teams and guiding care pathways for patient access.

Responsibilities

• Engage internal and external physicians and care teams to support understanding of the advanced therapy care model.
• Communicate clinical and operational considerations of advanced therapies relative to existing treatments.
• Build credibility with physicians and care teams to support informed awareness of options.
• Help practices understand when to involve the advanced therapy care model so eligible patients access therapies.
• Establish recurring touchpoints with practices to review workflows, care coordination, and clinical experiences.
• Partner with Operations and Care teams to support identified patients and facilitate care navigation.
• Serve as a consistent point of contact for oncology practices navigating advanced therapy care.
• Share insights from engagements to support internal alignment and improvement.
