Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks a Senior Clinical Consultant, MI – I to mentor Clinical Consultants and lead Synapse projects. You will deliver onsite and remote education for physicians, technologists, and IT staff, ensuring optimal workflow and product operation within Cardiovascular and Imaging departments.

The role involves direct customer engagement, go-live support, and coordinating with HCUS teams to drive customer satisfaction and successful deployments.

Qualifikationen

• 5-10 years of progressive experience in medical technology, Computer science, PACS Administration or healthcare industry.
• Required 2 years' experience with FUJIFILM Medical System products (SYNAPSE, PACS, CV, etc.).
• Excellent communication and collaboration with end-users and clinical supervisors.

Aufgaben

• Serve as Project lead consultant for customers and company personnel.
• Coordinate training events with HCUS and customer sites.
• Provide feedback to multiple teams on equipment issues and customer concerns.
• Assess customer comprehension to optimize on-site training and product operation.
• Provide ongoing support to resolve application and image quality concerns.
