Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical consulting for customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate training events at customer sites or remotely.
• Support go-live and post-implementation for SFDC/PACS projects.
• Ensure compliance with quality management and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver telephone and remote clinical support via TAC.
• Maintain documentation to support customer training.
