Qualifications
- 5-10 years in medical technology or healthcare IT.
- Experience with FUJIFILM Synapse and related imaging systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to train customers and lead projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical consulting for Synapse PACS/MI projects and go-live support.
- Provide on-site and remote training to physicians and staff.
- Collaborate with Sales, Field Service, and Engineering on issues.
- Develop and maintain training documentation.
- Mentor junior Clinical Consultants MI-I and II.
- Ensure compliance with quality management and regulatory requirements.
