Qualifikationen

• Progressive experience in medical technology, PACS, or healthcare IT.
• Strong clinical consulting background with ability to mentor others.
• Experience in training, workflow analysis, and project support.

Aufgaben

• Serve as project lead consultant for customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate training events with HCUS and customer sites.
• Provide feedback on equipment issues to multiple stakeholders in writing and verbally.
• Assess customer understanding to facilitate on-site training and optimal product operation.
• Provide ongoing support to resolve application-related and image quality concerns.
• Collaborate with interpreting physicians, clinicians, and staff for proper operation.
• Create and maintain training documentation.
• Mentor Clinical Consultants MI-I and MI-II; support TAC.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and quality systems.
