Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking a Clinical Consultant, MI – I to provide clinical consulting for PACS/MI projects, configure reports, analyze workflows, perform end-to-end testing, and deliver remote or onsite training and go-live support.

You will support sales and customer teams, ensure compliance with quality procedures, coordinate training events with HCUS, and maintain documentation, with travel up to 75% and collaboration with physicians and clinicians.

Qualifications

• 2 to 10 years of progressive experience in medical technology or healthcare IT.
• Experience with radiology or cardiology is preferred.
• Expert in clinical workflow analysis and end-user training.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical consulting for PACS/MI projects and report configuration.
• Coordinate trainings with HCUS and customer sites, including remote or onsite sessions.
• Resolve application and image quality concerns at product and system levels.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinicians to ensure smooth operation of Fujifilm products.
• Develop and maintain training documentation and materials.
• Support TAC for on-call clinical assistance.
