This position requires U.S. Citizenship, RN licensure, nursing degree, and substantial HCIT/clinical consulting experience, with significant travel to support federal customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
- Active RN license (State Board) required.
- At least 8 years total related work experience and completed higher education.
- At least 5 years licensed clinical healthcare practice.
- At least 1 year clinical consulting/HCIT experience.
Responsibilities
- Guide Federal customers through the change process for EHR adoption.
- Coordinate integration of clinical activities and workflow adoption.
- Facilitate business process change and redesign.
- Provide change management to ensure readiness and sustainment.
- Support deployment planning, go-live activities, and optimization.
- Translate clinical needs into workflow and system design.
- Support end-user adoption through stakeholder engagement and training.
- Ensure security compliance and safeguarding of assets.
