Job summary

Aspire Health Alliance is seeking a full-time clinical role under the direction of the ACCS Assistant Director in Massachusetts. The position focuses on advocacy, quality plans, fiscal oversight, and coordination with families and guardians, while ensuring medication administration per MAP policy.

The role requires maintaining health records, using an electronic health record, and commuting to off-site meetings with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Advocate caseload through development, implementation and monitoring of quality treatment/clinical plans.
• Manage and monitor funds as fiscal oversight for individuals.
• Serve as liaison for service providers, family and guardians.
• Monitor physical and mental health and wellbeing of caseload.
• Order and distribute medications per MAP policy and document rehab services.
• Maintain and oversee clinical/health records at residential site.
• Utilize electronic health record for clinical documentation.
• Attend off-site meetings requiring driver’s license and transportation.
